"The mission of Avatar in the world is to catalyze the integration of belief systems. When we persieve that the only difference between us is our beliefs and that beliefs can be created or discreated with ease, the right and wrong game will wind down, a cocreate game will unfold, and world peace will ensue."

Harry Palmer

Dear friends around the world,

At this time, when there is much turmoil in the world and in peoples' lives, it's a wonderful time for change and finding new ways of how to be with oneself and others. It seems that all is a bit more sensitive at times like this. It's a moment to also go within and find new treasures.

Manuela ChristenerBut how can you do that? With the most powerful tools called Avatar you can explore consciousness, find your dreams and learn how to create them. The tools will show you how to be on an inner journey, how to find peace within yourself and peace in the world.

Have you ever asked yourself 3 important questions. Who am I ? Why am I here? Where am I going? Only you can find the answer to those questions. I offer the Avatar Course in different places on the Mainland as well as in Hawaii on one of the most beautiful islands, Maui.

The exercises we use in the Avatar Course are simple and very effective. The one that I will put out for you today is called the compassion exercise. Use it for any situation you would like to find more compassion in your life. It works well for friendships or relationships. It can be done anywhere people congregate. It should be done on strangers, unobtrusively, from some distance. Try to do all five steps on the same person.

1. With attention on the person, repeat to yourself:
"Just like me, this person is seeking some happiness in his/her life".

2. With attention on the person, repeat to yourself:
"Just like me this person is trying to avoid suffering in his/her life."

3. With attention on the person, repeat to yourself:
"Just like me, this person has known sadness, loneliness and despair."

4. With attention on the person, repeat to yourself:
"Just like me, this person is seeking to fulfill his/her needs."

5. With attention on the person, repeat to yourself:
"Just like me, this person is learning about life."

Live your life to the fullest, live it like it would be your last day. Enjoy!

Much Aloha, Manuela
